1. Cannot connect to sub/amp
- Solution: If you are using your own amplifier/sub, please check its power cables wiring: Positive to car's ACC, negative to battery negative.You don't need to connect it to this car radio's "radio antenna control wire" or "amp control wire". Then the amp will be turned on once your car is on, and work with all audio playing modes.
2.Touch screen doesn't work properly
- Solution1: Press and hold the screen with five fingers for 5 seconds to enter the screen calibration interface;
- Solution2: try to replug the screen display cable inside the car radio;
- Solution3: Enter Screen Calibration Mode via this path:Setting - Factory setting - password 8888 - Screen Calibration.
3.How to turn on the button light
- Solution: You can set it via Setting - Factory setting (password 8888) - Key light setting - tick all three options below
