All items must be paid for prior to dispatch.

Payment will be taken when you place your order. We will then endeavour to get your item posted out to you within one working day.

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty then we will endeavour to put this right as soon as possible, either by sending a replacement item or refunding you. We would ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. You would then need to send the item back to us within 7 days, in order for a refund or exchange to be processed. Any return postage cost will be reimbursed.
