Spode Fine Bone China Heart Shaped Trinket Box pictures Prince Charles & Lady Diana. 

The bottom of the trinket box notes "TO CELEBRATE THE WEDDING OF HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS, CHARLES, PRINCE OF WALES TO THE LADY DIANA SPENCER. ST. PAUL'S CATHEDRAL 29TH, OF JULY 1981." 

It also notes Spode Fine Bone China ENGLAND. There is also a #5 stamped on the bottom. 

The bottom measures 3.5" x 3.25". The top measures 4" x 3.5"

There are no chips or cracks. It is in excellent condition. See Photos.
