Offered is a Shenango Ironstone china soap dish. Measures 5 3/4 inches long x 4 5/8 inches wide x 1 1/4 inches tall. Marked on the top rim, "United States Army Medical Department", in red. In very good condition. It is vitreous china, restaurant ware. On the bottom is the green faded Shenango hallmark, Shenango, New Castle. I can't read the rest as it is worn. No chips or cracks. Great as a soap dish or a trinket dish for your rings.
