For your consideration, Dr4 Watches has on offer an excellent Hajime Asaoka design limited edition Kurono Tokyo Dark Mist 34mm timepiece.  This fine automatic timepiece in the dark mist colorway with the slate grey dial, full arabic numerals, refined use of blue and tan in small moderations is a lovely sight that harkens back to halcyon days of refined elegance.

And of course with these Korono Tokyo fine timepieces, you get the touch of the world reknowned and highly esteemed master watchmaker, Hajime Asaoka.  These Special Projects are quite limited in production and thus makes this one a great collectible with high appreciation potential.  To be specific, there were only 150 of each of four different 1st Run Special Project timepieces made and made available on-line --- the sold out within minutes and are now scattered around the globe.  Kurono Tokyo and Hajime have carved out the high ground with respect to build quality and prestige from the land of the Rising Sun.  This particular timepiece makes an impressive, subtle and beautiful statement on the wrist.

Of course we are bringing the best value on the internet because we tirelessly source our inventory and inspect very closely upon receipt for quality and authenticity.

We are extremely thorough in our listings and we still absolutely encourage questions regarding the timepieces.  If you have questions regarding the specifications, provenance, history, etc., no problem.  Just ask if you have a question!

We only deal in 100% real watches because reputation is critical for us and in this industry in particular.  We always have the inventory in our possession.  We do not do the broker thing.

The condition of this watch is as follows:  Excellent condition.

Because we only want timepiece customers who are delighted with their purchase, we strive to add some additional insight to help you make a great timepiece decision.

With that in mind, some additional considerations about this watch include:

1.     This watch is svelte at 34mm and works well on any wrist other than a very large wrist.  It is classicly beautiful and has a 1920s/1930s vintage vibe and very much for a conneisseur of rare, uber cool and fine timepieces.

2.     This is an understated but beautiful watch that wins the moment with the gorgeous dial and the nice compliment of three different straps and a nice premium bracelet.  The original strap is the deep, dark grey strap while the other two straps and bracelet are thoughtfully curated straps that tie nicely to the subtle accent colors and vintage, industrial design ethos.

3.  As you can see on the pictures, the dial is extremely clear and makes reading the time very easy.

4.  The dial, to me, throws off a sort of Frank Lloyd Wright "industrial design" ethos with the two concentric circles which make up the sort of sector dial design.

5.  I personally picked out the two additional straps, kind of cognac brown and dark blue --- both in a lizard print leather style --- that now accompany this timepiece.  Of course I am bias but I think I really nailed it in bringing out the beauty of this timepiece with these two additional straps.

6.  Automatic winding provides the opportunity for the buyer to nicely interact with this fine watch.  While this is a fine everyday watch (e.g., for business meetings or if you generally like to dress at a "corporate casual" level at a minimum), to me this is a watch you were out to nice restaurants, bars and for nicer occassions.  It certainly does work with dark jeans as well... in fact, that is very Japanese in thinking... and nobody does selvedge denim like the Japanese.  Timeless, effortless, cool.

7.  Overall, this watch is aimed for somebody who wants something unique, collectible and high-quality and who values those qualities.  When you hear the phrase, "They don't make them like they used to" you can respond... "Well, some still do, but you may have to venture half-way around the world where artisans and a master watchmaker care mightily to do it right."

7.  Fantstic box and collateral as pictured.  Kurono Tokyo really makes a mark with the attention to detail with the boxing and associated contents.

8.  As a bonus, I am also throwing in as a bonus a very cool Japanese cotton, unused, pocket square (actually a little bigger than your standard pocket square in my view) which is of course in a nice mist color.  Pair it with the watch for the win.  Use it to keep the crystal and case clean, or in your purse or upper chest pocket or set the watch on it to avoid "desk diving" marks on the fine timepiece.

We do not offer a warranty but will work with you to make any post-purchase repairs via advice on where to go and what to do (with no profit for us but paid for by you).  Everything we sell is working fine for all functions when it leaves our facility (or more specifically the safe deposit box where our watches reside).  In some cases, we can go back to our source and get the watch repaired for free based on our relationship and reputation.  We should always be the first port-of-call if there is an issue.  100% delighted customers so far and we aim to keep it that way.

Please examine the pictures, what you see is what you get.  The only exceptions are the black case that we photograph on top of to prevent scratching and the English Bull Dog which we put in our group shots because we think it looks great.  The Bull Dog is a James Bond tie-in and we kind of really like James Bond.

And finally, we are an Atlanta based business but we also operate out of North Florida (some inventory in both places) as I like to include my brother in the business some.

We sell only within the Continental United States.

Thank you for your consideration,

Steve
