This Zenoah Pro Modified Engine is a 30.5cc powerhouse.  This engine has all of the torque and RPM you need and a whole lot more! This engine can be setup for track or drag applications. Mods include: trued crankshaft installed and balanced, Increased compression, raised exhaust timing and reshaped and enlarged exhaust port. The transfers opened up and reshaped. The intake opened up and timing changed. The piston has been lightened and the excess material from the inside has been removed via CNC machine, top of the piston has been relieved to prevent piston seizures and skirts trimmed on sides to enhanse the transfer flow. The Walbro WT-257 Modified carbuerator bored out and entry angle reshaped for better flow. Aluminum carb iso block and a NGK CMR7H spark plug installed.

Modifications to the motor include the following:

• Increased compression

• Exhaust timing raised, reshaped and enlarged exhaust port work

• Transfers opened up and reshaped

• Intake opened up and timing changed

• Piston lightened, top of the piston has been relieved, and skirt trimmed on sides to enhance transfer flow

• Walbro 257 modified carbuerator bored out and entry angle reshaped for better flow.

• Zero Drag Seals installed.

• Aluminum modified intake block upgrade

• NGK CMR7H spark plug upgrade

• Stainless Bolt kit

• Compression raised

• Flywheel lightened

• Trued Crankshaft

We run all motors on a Trik dyno and send dyno sheets with motors. Motors run around  9HP 3ft lb of torque in the 16,500k rpm range.
