IPad mini 3 Wi-Fi and cellular A1600

Had this for over 5 years always had a screen protector on it just taken off for pics now.

Iv taken it out of storage and it does boot up to show Apple logo then goes blank. Iv noticed the screen in background is on as I can see ripples when pressed. Not sure what’s wrong with it.

I have totally forgotten what size memory it is bit possible 32GB.
