Specularite Blades and Quartz Crystals on Hematite Specimen - Florence Mine, Egremont, Cumbria

A super specimen of Specularite blades and clear Quartz crystals on Hematite matrix from the Florence Mine near Egremont in West Cumbria. The piece has well formed large shiny blades of Specularite on the top of the piece and is unpolished.

It measures 31 x 22 x 18mm and weighs 19g and is best viewed under magnification to see the full detail. (All weights and measures are approximate).

It will be sent fixed in the original perspex box with the collectors label.

This piece comes from a from a lifelong collector of minerals who mainly self-collected from all over the world and the UK.
