• Now, a little goes a long way with Manic Panic. Pro Tip: you can mix the hair dye with conditioner and still achieve the same vibrant finish.
• Apply your desired amount of Manic Panic hair dye into a tint bowl and apply on clean, dry hair. Applying on wet hair will make the hair dye penetrate deeper into the hair shaft with will make it a pain to get out in the future.
• Saturate the hair evenly. It's better to apply more dye than not enough. Try to avoid applying the semi-permanent dye to the scalp as it will stain.
• When the Manic Panic hair dye is applied, put on a plastic hair cap to keep the dye from getting everywhere and for enhancing the pigment deposit.
