- We take the utmost care when shipping trees. Shipping however is a stressful process for trees. And lost of leaves and small branches can occur when handled by the courier. 

- Some trees are slip potted into poly bags to keep the moisture on the roots and lessen the weight of the shipment to make shipping more affordable.

- I will always try to combine shipping when possible but not at the cost of possible damage to the trees / package. Partial shipping refunds on combined orders are assessed after the items have been boxed. I won't know what the ship costs will be until then.
