Large C1900 Antique Arts And Crafts Planished Brass & Copper Porch Lantern Light.

A superb Arts & Crafts domed top planished/hammered brass lantern light with copper riveting and original frosted curved glass.

This the perfect addition to any porch or hall. Its Arts and Crafts/Mission style, dating back to the 1900s The lantern features updated wiring and is in its original, antique condition.

All handmade planished brass and hand copper riveted.

In overall good condition with age related dents, odd marks, scuffs, scratches etc.All nothing major,but noted and does not detract in any way.

Has wear and tear commensurate with at least 120 years of age and use.

Measures an overall drop of 34.5" / 88cms though could be shortened by 8" / 20cms.

Actual lantern measures 23" / 58cms from bottom to top of hanging loop.The base of the lantern has a 10" / 25cms diameter.

The ceiling rose has a diameter of 5.5" / 14cms.

Takes a large bayonet bulb.For the photos i used a 5 watt remote control colour changing bulb which will be supplied with the light.Though please note you will need a battery for the remote controller ...as cannot post.

Will illuminate superbly in any period,contemporary setting.

Weighs 3.871 kilos unwrapped.
