Here we have a pair of very heavy duty cast wheels and moulded tyres size 200 x 40 with double bearings, 46.8mm outer and 22.1mm axle diameter 600 SLU  / SZ can be read on bearings.
From memory these were fitted to an Oxy. Acet. trolley but would be suitable for any similar application.
Heavy item ( over 4.5 Kgs ) hence the postage price.
