1/9 PLATE TINTYPE OF A CUTE GIRL HOLDING A CHINA HEAD DOLL - MINT PAPER SLEEVE - The sweet little missy and her best friend are captured in a most loving manner. I love their little faces. They still reside in their original and mint condition cartouche paper sleeve presentation. Most of the doll images I have listed come from a longtime collector who I recently bought their entire collection. Many of the images have not been seen on the market for years. This image would be a great addition to your own collection or to place next to one of your own dolls. Good luck to the next caretaker.

CONDITION: Please view my detailed photos for the actual condition of the image and as part of my description. The sixth plate tintype has great contrast, tonal range and excellent sharpness. Warm hand tinting was added to the child's face. The paper sleeve is remarkably in mint condition. Rare content makes this image highly desirable tintype. As seen in my listing photo, the image has some normal surface wear consistent with age. Good luck to the next caretaker of this pair of dolls.
