DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES: Dispatch will be within time as specified on system, a despatch notice is automatically sent
DELIVERY TIMES (APPROX): 2-4 days UK / 5-7 days Europe / 10-15 days International. (transit/postal delays though rare can occur).
International (outside EU) buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility - Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying
DELIVERY SERVICE: Royal mail Tracked/Sign for post. Recipient must not accept any package that looks damaged or tampered with, instead allow Royal mail to return the package to us so we can inspect and resend. (should the recipient instead accept such a package we hold no liability and the customer will have to take up any related problem directly with Royal mail themselves as at that point we cannot.
ATTEMPTED DELIVERY: Courier will leave a calling card and package will be held for approx 7-10 days : Customer must ensure safe delivery by claiming your package this can be done by re-arranging delivery with them or by collection of package from them.
RETURN DUE TO FAILED DELIVERIES / UNCLAIMED PACKAGES: Unclaimed packages are returned to us. P & P must be re-paid to re-send alternately an item price refund excluding our lost postage costs applies this includes customers who have benefitted from free postage.
