These do not have a brand name.  I know these were made in France as I previously sold a pair (see last photo) of 250V versions of these that did say Made in France on them. The capacitors shown in the last photo obviously are not included.

Test with 0uA current leakage at 600VDC and measure ,455 and .473 uF
