This is a Kent Moore J37808 S.I.R. Column Load Tool out of an estate. (Supplemental Inflatable Restraint).  It looks to be in good shape.  I know nothing about this tool set or all the other Kent Moore sets I will be listing out of this estate, but they were all in the shop of this estate.
