Shipping

Isarena Beauty Lines accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Florida by USPS. Isarena Beauty Lines ships to all 50 US states follows the standard methods available by USPS.
Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 3~10 business days from the time the order is placed. Priority and Express orders will be processed and shipped out the next business day. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 1~3 days. USPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends.
*Due to the high volume of orders during holiday season you may experience extended processing time up to 10~15 business days. *
We currently do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time. We cannot guarantee same day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review. Tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.

Lost or Stolen Packages If the postal service shows the shipment delivered to the address that was provided to us, but it is not at your delivery address, the client must request it at the post office closest to their home. Isarena Beauty Line?s will not be responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages if they were delivered to the correct address or the customer entered the wrong address at the time of purchase, with missing information (building number, department etc.) or misspelled.
Shipping Destination & Rates Isarena Beauty Line's offers Free USPS Standard shipping when the subtotal in your shopping bag is greater than or equal to $70.00, excluding tax and any other offers or price adjustments. This offer is valid only in all 48 contiguous US states only.

Terms are subject to change if:

 Only standard delivery is available.
 No express shipping or next day delivery is available.
 All packages are sent via United States Postal Services U.S. and all rates are quoted in US Dollars.
 Delivery is not available for Post Office boxes.
 Duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

USPS local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees in the local currency at the time of delivery.

Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Track Package


The customer has the responsibility to track the package once the tracking number has been sent via text or email. When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at usps.com.

Returns

Our products are made with the highest quality for your benefit. We pack and ship it correctly and with love to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition, however, we understand that accidents can happen during shipping and that is why we have the following return policies: 

1. Return of a product is only accepted if it arrives to the customer damaged, spilled, physically damaged, or the order that we send is incorrect, in these previous cases it will be replaced with the same without shipping cost. The client must send us a photograph of the merchandise received. There is no money back.
2.Once sent by mail and the customer receives their tracking number, the package is not the responsibility of Isarena Beauty Line's. If you do not receive your package, contact the USPS and verify the whereabouts of your package with your tracking number. 

*There are times that due to atmospheric pressure when the products travel, an air hole is made, this is not defective, simply when you open it, it will return to normal, and it will look perfect.
