The game has been cleaned, tested and is in working condition.  The game comes with its original game case and instruction manual.  The manual has two small rips to the top of the cover and some wear on the back bottom corner.  This is probably from sliding the manual in/out of the game case.

A great addition to the video game collection of any Star Wars fan or PlayStation collector!
