Great 100% Cotton Curtain Valence. Rod pocket, does have two rod pockets, top one is a little smaller than the larger one below.
If you use the lower rod pocket, it will have about a 1.5" header.
Measures approximately 15" in length (total) and 34.5" in width.
Very lightweight, but not totally sheer.
