Vintage Wood & Ceramic Country Hearts Blue 3 Drawer Pull Out Storage, Kitchen Bath wall Hang

Looks like it was unfinished wood and was painted in a antiqued way with blue paint.  One of the ceramic drawers has a tiny shallow paint fleck out of it.  See photos.
