To order choose topper style (with or no LED lights) and include the following at checkout:

3. Event/date needed by.
Topper is made of high-quality cardstock and quality photo paper. Topper is filled with shades of pink, blue, purple and gold glitter, and unicorn shaped confetti.
LED Light Option: 2 white LED lights are place towards the bottom ends of the rainbow. To activate light, remove white strip from the back of the topper (keep strip as it can be placed back to turn light off).
