I've had an A&A Black Prince sword blade  a good guard and pommel combination that looks right on it until now.  Windlass Towton guard and a Dynasty Forge bastard sword pommel, and it ended up looking spectacular. Theres a bit of a gap where the blade fits into the guard because of the Towton blade being of a different thickness and width, but it's still tight and rock solid for cutting and thrusting. Tips to care Damascus Blade:

Never store your Damascus steel product for a long time in leather sheath. Leather can absorb water which will rust the blade. Always clean the blade after using it and apply any oil or wax ( use cooking oil on kitchen knives) before you store it, for its longer life and durability.
