Piece dates somewhere to the 1960s/70s. Rattan retains so well it's natural coloring, not faded at all. It shows it's age very well with minor rubs and wear throughout. The wicker wrap at the right side base has come undone (see pic). You could re-wrap it and stain that spot if you wanted ... and you could also put a conditioner on the rattan/wicker overall ... but you don't need to do any of that. It's beautiful vintage condition right now.
