This set consists of three filters and caps of different usage,

                     Asahi Pentax UV (ultra violet haze)
     Also - 
          49mm plastic with silver toned logo PENTAX front 49mm snap cap (genuine)
          49mm Rear METAL filter cap, also known as a stack cap NOT BRANDED
          Plastic Asahi PENTAX body cap (genuine Asahi Opt. Co.) 
          Plastic REAR lens cap for PK mount NOT BRANDED

Filters are sharp and clean, can not detect any scratches, fungus, separation or rim dings. BUT under magnification may have fine cleaning abrasions.
The  plastic pieces have slight usage and the rear filter stack metal cap is like new.
