I would rate it at 8 out of 10. Filter has been used, it looks very nice. Glass looks very nice, it is very nice and clean. I don't see any scratches, glass is very clean. But coating has some minor smudges caused by cleaning. So it is not perfect, but totally usable. Since damaged is only coating. Filter looks and works good.
