For sale is my Suzuki GS850GL.  Bike was imported from California last summer.  The bike has been in storage for approx 26 years. The mileage of 11800 is original, as you only have to look at the white lettering on the clocks that shows no wear.  The exhaust pipes are original and solid.  The paintwork is very clean and all the chrome is immaculate.  There is no rust anywhere.  The following work has been carried out to get the bike back on the road:

Carbs have been stripped down and ultra-sonic cleaned

New complete Keyster carb kits have been fitted

Carbs have been balanced

Oil & filter change

New air filter

New Iridium spark plugs fitted

New front & rear brake master cylinders

New pistons & seals on front & rear calipers

New brake pads all round

There are a few minor scratches on the fuel tank, front bottom right as shown in the images.  Although the fuel guage is working the fuel sender unit inside the tank is not. I have tried to source a replacement but have had no luck.

Everything on the bike is original and working as it should.  Original key operates the ignition, helmet & seat lock.  There are 2 keys.  The bike is now UK registered and has a 1981 age related number plate.  The bike is also registered as historic so not MOT or road tax is required.

Please note, that I am not a motor dealer.  I do this work as a hobby as I have my own workshop and facilities.  This is the 4th GS850 I have been lucky to renovate since the outbreak of Covid.  My own personal bike is a 1982 Suzuki GS1100GK which may be up for sale later in the year.
