This is a fully customized out workout plan for you! Ideally you are looking to get into weight lifting at a local or home gym. Exercises can be done with body weight, dumbbells, machines, cables/resistance bands, and weights.


We will first thoroughly discuss your needs, then I will form a schedule that fits them.
