The item is out of pack and in previously used condition with normal wear. To make the red light work, you will need new batteries.

Shipped in a bubble mailer because no corners will be cut to make sure your item(s) is/are safe on arrival. The buyer is responsible for all taxes and import duties if sold outside of Canada.
