This is a 10 1/2" x 13 inch pasteboard scrapbook with a string binding and 24 individual sheets (making 48 pages). The book is in Very Good+ condition with some minor rubbing and scraping to the pasteboard covers. The text pages are noticeable toned, especially at the edges, due to the acid content of the paper used. The vacation covered the areas of Lassen Volcanic National Park, Shasta Dam, (with a few historical bits about how the damn looked in 1941, and Colusa. Included are notes from the author regarding different photos, with places and dates, a small section on the flora of Lassen, with actual examples taped in, a couple of maps, a menu, several brochures, and even an informational note about the Central Valley Project. #43122 $75
