Heisey Glass #352 COLONIAL LAVENDER JAR 4" tall 1907-1956 Clear, Some Cloudiness
Adorable little lavender jar by Heisey Glass Company of the United States, in their #351 "Colonial" pattern. This pattern was produced from 1907 until 1956.
This jar measures 4" tall, and is 2 13/16" wide at the ground rim. Both the jar rim and the stopper are fully ground so that the fit is airtight. This is one of the smallest jars in this line, if not THE smallest.
It's marked with the Heisey H in a Diamond mark on the inside, and the bottom is ground flat and polished, with a small star impressed.
No major chips, cracks or damage of that sort. There IS some cloudiness inside the jar from whatever it was used for in its life - something acidic I assume. If used for something liquid, that cloud does not show. Also there is a tiny (and I do mean TINY) little fleabite on the edge of the stopper - please see my last photo to see what I mean.
A big thank you to the Heisey Collectors Facebook group for helping me out on this item!
