Silk Thread is an elastic, though very strong thread, and is among the most beautiful of natural fibers. It has a high sheen, and creates a distinctive look when used in embroidery projects. It is also great for lace projects as well.

The 60/2 silk is tightly plied, so that fuzziness is not a factor while embroidering, and the threads can easily be doubled or tripled as required.
