Owned from new by me. With all original manuals paperwork and software in pristine condition. The box it came in shows the Mobile internet kit but this was not supplied hence crossed out label. Box is good apart from a couple of sticky tape "scars". Palm is in perfect cosmetic condition and has had screen protectors on since new. Usual failure is caused by an aging capacitor which is an easy soldering job to replace but item is sold as is for parts or repair. Battery compartment is clean and never had leaky cells.
