I bought this at a liquidation store.  at first glance, I thought they were sealed.

looking closer each package has been opened.  there are 11 cards and 1 generic card in each pack.  (Maybe a card has been removed??)  I am not sure, not too familiar with these cards. 

I opened and counted each pack.  I opened one fully for photos.
