Items that are in the pictures are the item that you are going to get, so please look at the pictures carefully, cause that is the most important part of the description. 

I am trying to put up $ 0.10 auctions ( All Precancel United States Stamps ) to see how they will do. Shipping is $ 1.00 for one or as many as you want. I am only showing the front of the stamp unless the back is really bad shape. The back could have a hinge or writing on it.

I will be putting up most of the States in Bulk so please come back and check my auctions. Can not tell you how many of each, for this lot is UNCHECKED / UNSEARCH. Some are Used without gum and some will have hinges still on them. Some do not. Some do have Gum. Some may be stained. Maybe some Town/Types, Some stuck together because of the gum and the hinges. Some may have writing on back, Some may have small faults, Some may have Perforation separation. 

I have big banana boxes full of different states ( each banana box per state ) and one banana box full to the rim of mixed Precancels. I pull out the Precancel stamps, count them, try to get the stuck ones out, put them up in lots. I do not know what precancels are there, what Scott numbers, PSS numbers, condition, varieties or Cities. Do not have time to go through " ALL " of these stamps. I do have a full time job. 

For single stamps auctions the last picture is with the stamp on a light board, so that you can see any faults with the stamp. The pictures over-ride the description.

On Auction style, some may be hinged, some may have writing on back, some may have a thin. May be faults.

Items are returned within 14 days from end of auction ( refund ). Needs a Email through E-bay if you are

returning the item. No email, no refund. I keep the pictures of the items for 1 month after sold. I've had

stamps switched out on me before. NO MORE !

I have been collecting stamps / precancels for around 42 years and I do not consider to be a expert

grader. If the item has Gum, we will list it in the header. When I have the listing " Used, Hinged ", it is stating

that it has been Hinged or still have a hinge by a collector. If it has " No Gum, Part Gum ", I consider a

Precancel stamp " Used ".

We only shipped USPS with Ebay envelopes w/ tracking or USPS First Class mail.

Most of our Auctions will be FREE SHIPPING ( Auctions or Fixed Price ) except for LOTS, which will start off as Shipping cost until the price reaches $ 39.99, then it will be FREE shipping. I tried to do this through E-bay, but if it does not work, I will send you a invoice after the auction ended and discount the shipping. If you are bidding on more then two auctions / lots, let me know and I will wait. We do combined shipping with Items purchase. Noticed a lot of sellers have shipping cost. I try to have " FREE SHIPPING " on as many as my auctions I can. There will be " A LOT " of this type Lots be going up with different states. Check back in please to see them.
