For your consideration, Dr4 Watches has on offer one of the most interesting and rare fine timepieces Bell & Ross has ever offered --- the Bronze Skull .  This BR01-92 Airborne reference captures the military and skull design ethos but does so in a full bronze case and a wicked greenish and ghoulish lume on the dial.  Only 250 of these were made so your chances of coming across another one in the wild is virtually non-existant.

Of course we are bringing the best value on the internet because we tirelessly source our inventory and inspect very closely upon receipt for quality and authenticity.

We are extremely thorough in our listings and we still absolutely encourage questions regarding the timepieces.  If you have questions regarding the specifications, provenance, history, etc., no problem.  Just ask if you have a question!

We only deal in 100% real watches because reputation is critical for us and in this industry in particular.  We always have the inventory in our possession.  We do not do the broker thing.

The condition of this watch is as follows:  Excellent condition

Description is as follows:

Bronze automatic 46mm case size and this one is not for the faint of hear, the small of wrist or a conformist.  Probably like the rugged individualist who will apprecite it, this one was definitely not designed by committee in some conference room.  Nor should it spend any time in "corporate anything."

Because we only want timepiece customers who are delighted with their purchase, we strive to add some additional insight to help you make a great timepiece decision.

With that in mind, some additional considerations about this watch are...

1.     This watch wears true to form for a 46mm watch.  That means it is big.  Now having said that the square shape still works up to the size of my wrist (7+1/4 inches) and larger of course.  As you can see on my wrist shot, this one looks nicely propotioned --- yes, large --- sitting at the menacing end of a fine bar and enjoyed with a particularly top shelf Old Fashion.  The fact that the lugs barely protrude beyond the case and the wonderful strap allows for this large timepiece to go straight down and work on my 7+1/4 inch wrist.  The bronze case brings immediate visual interest and over time will oxidize (as Bronze does) to provide a unique patina that will have been earned and owned by the wearer.

2.     This is an unapologetic "bad boy" statement watch best suited for a man who wants to throw off a legitimate, non-poser, bouncer, military tough guy, biker, gambler, rubble-rouser, rock star, extreme athlete or playboy vibe.  Do not pair with khakis and a blue oxford button-down.

3.  The brown strap, while slightly worn, is very high quality.  The black canvas extra strap appears to have never been used.  The brown strap is very pliable and in great shape with some bending from wear.  The nice pliability allows for the timepiece to sit nicely on my wrist.

4.  The back of the watch is teutonic, simple and has the requisite specificatinos information (limited edition, water resistant up to 100m or 300ft), etc. and in keeping with the design ethos of this and other Airborne variants.  The Airborne references are denoted by the skull dial and all of them are cool... it is just that this one "goes to 11" (a Spinal Tap reference, look it up) due to the bronze case and full lume skull dial.

5.  Let's not undersell the best feature of this cool watch --- the skull dial.  Equal parts menacing and cool.  In terms of color, it too is kind of a brownish-to-bronze with some granular treatment that looks cool as hell.  The hands are vaguely pirate inspired as they are swords.  Swashbuckling if you will.  And of course, the lume is a sinister green that activates easily in bright daylight.  Check out the last two lume shots which were taken after about a 15 minute exposure to bright natural sunlight.  Sinister cool!

6.  Nice collateral with this one as noted in the "everything picture" (picture #2).  A lot of these high-end Airborne references have the collateral pieces not included as stuff like the extra strap or patch gets sold off separately.  Not here.  You get it all.

We do not offer a warranty but will work with you to make any post-purchase repairs via advice on where to go and what to do (with no profit for us but paid for by you).  Everything we sell is working fine for all functions when it leaves our facility (or more specifically the safe deposit box where our watches reside).  In some cases, we can go back to our source and get the watch repaired for free based on our relationship and reputation.  We should always be the first port-of-call if there is an issue.  100% delighted customers so far and we aim to keep it that way.

And of course this fine timepiece will pass through eBay's wonderful authenticity guarantee program where they will authenticate it and the buyer will receive extra piece of mind and supporting collateral from eBay.

Please examine the pictures, what you see is what you get.  The only exception is the English Bull Dog which we put in our group shots because we think it looks great.  The Bull Dog is a James Bond tie-in and we kind of really like James Bond.

And finally, we are an Atlanta based business but we also operate out of North Florida (some inventory in both places) as I like to include my brother in the business some.

Thank you for your consideration,

Steve
