No chips, no cracks, needs cleaning. Stands approx. 9" tall. Bottom is 2-7/8" x 1-3/4". Glass is thick/heavy. Words are embossed, it also has Trial Mark with a line thru both words. Bottom underside has what looks like an inkwell with a K in the middle of it.
