Brief Description:

On offer is an immaculately presented Original Signed Acrylic & Gouache Painting depicting a bustling cityscape scene, with tall skyscrapers, quaint shops, tall trees and a group of early morning commuters hurrying to work along the rain-soaked paths before them.

Executed in the latter part of the 20th century by Contemporary British listed artist Joe Bowen (born 1955-).

Bowen has captured the mood of the scene in marvellous fashion, portraying the movement of the people and incredible attention to detail with the reflections bouncing from the pavement puddles.

The work is signed lower right corner and it is mounted within the truly magnificent quality original exhibition display frame.

Bio: Joe Bowen 

Born in 1955, Joe Bowen lives in the heart of mid-Wales with his family. Undoubtedly, living amongst rolling hills and valleys provides a constant source of inspiration.

Consequently, his work has developed over many years from traditional figurative painting. Without a doubt, through several stages to the more liberal and vigorous style he now employs. Joe has turned his talent to many subjects and mediums and continues to reinvent his artwork. His city scenes have captured the attention of art lovers worldwide.
