Listed as used but is new with some minor wear through the years.  Looking at it from the side you can see the minor wear but not really visible from front.   About 8 1/2" x 1 3/4".  Has an NRA stamp on the back which would suggest it could be depression era or 1930's/40's.  These decals were seen on delivery trucks and commercial trucks announcer no riders could be on them.
