Syn toss Res0rbabl Collagen Barrier Membrane 30x40mm
& Syn toss B0ne Grft Material 2.00cc

Syn toss is a cross-linked type II Membrane

It Is a device used in dentistry. Used to prevent epithelium, which is regenerates much more quickly than a b0ne material grow, into an area in which it is undesired. Such a method of preventing epithelial migration into a specific area is known as GTR.

Syn toss Res0rbabl Membrane:

is also facilitate primary wound closure via fibroblast chemotactic properties, even after membrane exposure. Compared to ePTFE membranes, resorbable barriers allow for fewer exposures and therefore reduce the effects of infection on newly formed b0ne.

Use of Syntoss Res0rbabl Membranes, in particular, with Syn toss B0ne Grft mineral as a support , has distinguished outstanding treatment outcomes.

INDICATIONS:

  • Restoration of congenital and acquired defects of b0ne and soft tissues
  • Cystectomy
  • Peri0d0ntItIs (minimally invasive methods of treatment and reconstructive dentistry)
  • Resection of the r0/0t apex
  • Filling of defects after the removal of cysts
  • Closure of perforations of the maxillary slnus and perforation of the lower-jaw canal rem0/val of the tooth (complicated/uncomplicated)
  • As a stabilizer of the clot

Syn toss-M Res0rbabl Membrane material:

Collagen is the main structural protein in the extracellular space in the various connective tissues in human and animal bodies.

As the main component of connective tissue, it is the most abundant protein in mammals, making up from 25% to 35% of the whole-body protein content. Depending upon the degree of mineralization, collagen tissues may be rigid (b0/ne), compliant (tendon), or have a gradient from rigid to compliant (cartilage).

Collagen, in the form of elongated fibrils, is mostly found in fibrous tissues such as tendons, ligaments, and skin. It is also abundant in corneas, cartilage, b0nes, bl00d vessels, the gut, intervertebral discs and the dentin in teeth.

Syn toss Res0rbabl Collagen is used in b0ne grftin as it has a triple helical structure, making it a very strong molecule. It is ideal for use in dentistry, as it does not compromise the structural integrity of the teeth and b0/nes. The triple helical structure of collagen prevents it from being broken down by enzymes, it enables adhesiveness of cells and it is important for the proper assembly of the extracellular matrix.

Syn toss Res0rbabl Membrane is made of b0vi/ne collagen from animal origin. It represents regenerated collagen of type II, which interfiber structure was reconstructed by cross-linking the polypeptide chains.

Syn toss Membrane is bi0compatible, promotes the binding of factors of growth, platelets aggregation, osteoblasts and osteoclasts, which causes re-modeling of bone tissue and stimulates reparation of a b0/ne defect.

A suture pull-out strength of Syn toss Res0rbabl Membrane is significantly higher due to its unique fibrillar matrix structure. The long resorption profile (8-16 weeks) suits for the healing time required in most GBR procedures.

Tissue regeneration:

Collagen scaffolds are used in dentistry for tissue regeneration. Collagen has the correct properties for tissue regeneration such as pore structure, permeability, hydrophilicity and it is stable in vivo. Collagen scaffolds are also ideal for the deposition of cells, such as osteoblasts and fibroblasts and once inserted, the growth of the cells is able to continue with their normal pace in the tissue.

Reconstructive dentistry uses

DSI Syn toss Collagen is widely employed in the dental construction of the artificial b0ne substitutes used in the management of severe trauma, teeth extraction. These collagens may be derived from bovine and have an exceptional growth factor.

Wound care

Syn toss Res0rbabl Collagen is one of the body’s key natural resources and a component of tissue that can benefit all stages of the w0/und healing process. W0/und deterioration, followed sometimes by procedures such as teeth extraction and gingiva removal, can simply be avoided and healed instead.

Syn toss Collagen is a natural product, therefore it is used as a natural w0/und dressing and has properties that artificial w0/und dressings do not have. It is resistant against a large variety of bacteria, which is of vital importance in a wound dressing.

B0/ne Grft is used as a filler and scaffold to facilitate b0/ne formation and promote w0/und healing. This grft are bi0res0rbabl and have no antigen-antibody reaction. This b0ne grft act as a mineral reservoir which induces new b0ne formation.

Advantages:
  • Radiopaque
  • 100% Synthetic & Safe
  • Completely Res0rbabl
  • Unsurpassed Handling
  • Oste0conductive and Oste0stimulative

Because Syn toss B0ne Grft is chemically created, and are part of a controlled manufacturing process, their physical properties (i.e., composition, morphology, and resorbability) are exceptionally reproducible. This synthetic b0ne grft material is composed of bi0compatibl calcium phosphate materials that are similar to that of b0ne and are capable of bonding chemically to b0ne and dental. This synthetic material are designed to fill the space of the missing b0ne and encourage the growth of new b0/ne tissue.
Certain combinations of chemical compounds can optimize the microstructure of the synthetic, allowing the resulting granules to mimic the interconnected porosity of human cancellous b0ne. When synthetics are constructed in this manner, they can offer excellent osteoconductive properties.

Proven B0/ne Formation
The unique, engineered ionic release of Si, Ca and phosphate ions results in the stimulation of families of genes that are known to be critical in the repair and regeneration of b0ne tissue. This process, unique to Syn toss as a synthetic b0/ne grft material, is defined as osteostimulation.

Osteostimulation leads to a catalytic response that accelerates the natural healing process and b0ne regeneration
