Heavy rub wear to edges. Moderate rub wear to covers. Large ink writing to inside front cover. Small pencil writing to fly page. Small ink writing to inside back cover. Inside covers and pages have browned with age. Pages are brittle. Heavy creases and small closed tears to bottom corner of some pages near back. Text still easily readable.
