Typically, access panels are installed during the initial construction of a home or commercial building. But often, due to plumbing, electrical or HVAC renovations, new access doors must be installed to provide electricians, plumbers or HVAC technicians with convenient access to concealed systems.

They are easy to install by simply applying a caulking adhesive to the back of the frame and pressing it into place. The high impact plastic with UV stabilizers will not fade or corrode. The hinged door is completely removable from the frame.( Note: Only the access panel, Not included adhesive. )

How to Install?

1. Measuring – Use a template to help installers measure the hole.( access panel come without template )

2. Cutting ­­– To cut drywall, you will need a jab saw. To cut around your outline, you can push the jab saw through the existing drywall or create starter holes with a drill.

3. Sanding ­­– Once, you’ve cut the holes, it’s important to sand the edges. This will ensure your frame fits securely in the hole.

4. Anchoring the Frame – Use adhesive ( adhesive prepare by yourself ) for tight frame to complete installation.

How to choose a suitable access doors?

Drywall and gypsum – a material often used in the construction of ceilings – aren’t the sturdiest building materials, which makes it difficult to attach an access panel made from heavy steel or aluminum.

Ceiling access panel have concealed-hinge design so that it will keep on the frame while half open condition, provide you with convenient work. Which open to plumbing valves, wiring or duct systems encased in the wall.

Easy Painted Surface

The plastic access panel with finished textured exposed surface to increase surface area and maximally adhesion so that the panel surface painting easily and maximally reduce the chances of cracking and flaking paint. It can be painted to match the existing wall color.

Easy to open & Removal

The door can be opened using a flat screwdriver or similar tool to gently pry open at the catches, identifiable as solts in the door. Complete removal of the door is then possible by dislocating the pivot hinge mechanism.
