Generator Set Controller DC62D for Diesel/Gas Genset Parameters Monitoring
This series of controllers is specially designed for starting, stopping, parameter monitoring and fault monitoring of diesel, gasoline and gas generator sets and has the function of parameter setting.
The controller adopts a 4.3-inch TFT color large-screen LCD to display the relevant parameters of the generator set, a new and original UI design, and the parameters are displayed by analog pointers and numbers. The LCD screen can display a variety of current fault states at the same time, and can effectively implement protection and stop when the generator set is not working normally.
The controller built-in simplified Chinese, English and other display interfaces can be selected, and any language interface can be customized according to customer requirements. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted through the buttons on the controller panel, or adjusted and monitored through the USB port or RS485 interface using a PC, which can be widely used in various types of generator set automation systems.

- Built-in real-time clock, with duty planning and maintenance planning functions: through settings, the monthly or weekly duty schedule of the generator set can be arranged, and the monthly or weekly maintenance plan of the generator can be arranged, so that the generator set can be used more flexibly ;
- Three-level protection to timing function, you can set maintenance timing or date;
- With the black box function, the relevant parameters of the unit in the event of a fault alarm are saved in real time, which is convenient for finding the cause of the unit failure;
- With 6 relay outputs, 4 of which are configurable, each with more than 20 functions optional, and 3 sets of outputs are passive contacts;
- With 5 channels of configurable switch input, each channel has more than 30 kinds of functions to choose from;
- With 3-way sensor analog input, 6 sensor input types can be freely combined and configured, and a variety of display units can be configured, which is more suitable for dual oil pressure and dual water temperature units;
- The first battery charging control, which can control the work of the charger according to the battery voltage, effectively prevent the problem of battery overcharge and power shortage;
- The sensor curve can be customized through the panel buttons and PC software;
- Suitable for three-phase four-wire, three-phase three-wire, single-phase two-wire, two-phase three-wire (120V/240V) power supply 50/60HZ system;
- Various combinations of starting conditions (speed, frequency, oil pressure, charging) can be selected;
- Control and protection functions: realize automatic start/stop of generator sets, ATS switching and perfect fault display and protection functions;
- Standard waterproof ring, after installation, the panel protection performance reaches IP55 level;
