Condition is fair, inner concave lenses where damaged by fungus, they need to be polished. Other lenses in perfect condition, including coating. 

Lever that triggers the shutter is damaged. The holding screw need to be replaced. 

Other than that - all works great. Shutter mechanism working and fires great.

Comes with the original lens case.
