Land Cap (Artist Proof, Signed, Ice Age) MTG Magic the Gathering.

French Language and in Near Mint/Light Play (NM/LP) condition with some minor wear/marks around the edges/surfaces (e.g. some minor marks on the reverse side).  Please see photos of actual card and I'm happy to take additional photos if required (please let me know).

I was not present at the time the card was signed as I acquired it with the signature already present.

Due to the rarity of the card (I've not seen another Artist Proof 'Land Cap' on eBay) I've enabled the 'Make Offer' feature and I will be regularly reducing the listed price each week (by 10% approx.) until it sells.

The card has been in my collection for over 15 years (smoke free home) before I stopped playing Magic at clubs/tournaments after the 'Mirrodin' block.

I will also include five bonus rare cards (from Tempest - Onslaught era, English language) and all the cards will be placed in soft sleeves and hard card protectors (top-loaders) and between thick cardboard for protection in the shipping package.
