We specialize in KVM products such as Raritan, Avocent, Cybex, HP, DELL & Belkin KVM Switches, Modules, PODs, SIPs, Cables & Signal Extenders. We also offer some parts for data center servers & computers. We stock everything we sell, package well & ship promptly. We take care of our customers.

Our General Rules:

*       With the exception of the items listed as new, everything else sold here was pulled from production environments.

*      Items will only include what's in the picture or description.  

Payments:

*        We accept PayPal & Credit Cards linked through PayPal.

*        Within 5 days of end of auction, the winner's payment must be received

Shipping & Handling:

*        Buyer is responsible for all shipping & handling costs.

*        All items will be shipped within 1 business day, after receiving the payment. (Holidays, weekends & when the store is closed are the exceptions.)

*      The Listed shipping prices are for the domestic US continent only.

*      Please contact us if you want something shipped to Hawaii or Alaska, Canada, Europe, Japan or Australia.

*        Buyer is responsible for any customs or duty fees for items shipped outside the US

Warranty & Refunds:

*        Bid with confidence. Refunds & Exchanges within 30 days after delivery with the receipt & all the original packaging.  

*        Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded.
