How to turn on/off the light up collar?
Short press the button to turn lights on, and long press for 3-5 seconds to turn light off.
How do i charge it? i can’t get the end off to access the charging port!
It's a hidden design, you need to slide down and unlock the cuttable end of main control section to see the USB-C charging port.
Is it fully waterproof? Do you have to remove when swimming?
We don't suggest to submerge this led collar in water, although it's designed weather-proof, without any issues in heavy rain or snow.
