Directions:

Mix one serving (37.5g) with 150ml of milk or 100g water and either shake vigorously for 30 seconds in a hand shaker, or whizz for a few seconds in a blender. Use as needed or 1-2 times daily. 25g = approximately 3 ½ tablespoons, 60ml, 1/4 cup, 2 scoops (not included), or for the best accuracy weigh on some scales.
