Vintage Porcelain Switch Machined for Westinghouse Antique Ceiling Fans NOS USA

• In NOS modified (machined) to fit the bottom plate opening of a 1909-24 ca. Westinghouse 56" (see images) 
• A H & H,  6 A- 250 V, 18 A - 125V Made in U.S.A. UND. LABS 21420-39, Approx. 2.25"  diameter
• To mount this switch requires a large washer(not included) tapped for the mount screws as an adapter for fan
• It is unused NOS with the original box and paper wrapping, manufactured in U.S.A. November 1966 
• The switch is off/on and is intended as a "dummy" switch for the antique Westinghouse ceiling fan
