My estimate is a kids’ size 16 or juniors' size M, but please check measurements. Photo with black tee on top shows it compared to a modern kids’ size 10/12 cap sleeve shirt.

Good used condition overall, some staining/pilling at armpits. Made in USA. 100% cotton.
