Cleaning method;
- Mix the detergent with water. The washing product of the condensing net is alkaline, which is slightly corrosive to the condenser, so it is important to add water to reduce the concentration??
- Start the car, turn on the air conditioner, and make the electronic fan rotate. Fully wet the condenser;
- Use a water spray tool to spray the mixed washing product onto the surface, then turn off the air conditioner and engine, and the dirt on the surface will float in a few minutes;
- Start the air conditioner again to rotate the fan and wash it off with clean water.
Installation sequence??
- Clean the condenser before installation??
- Install the condenser correctly so that the gap between the upper end and the engine hood is not less than 15mm??
- When connecting the line, the distance between the connecting line and the engine is greater than 50mm, and the distance from the fuel pipe is greater than 100mm??
- Clamp the temperature-sensing capillary tube to the evaporator and do not twist the temperature-sensing tube.
